1. Use the Wenea app or contactless payment
Wenea App
Log in or Register to add your chosen payment method. Proceed to Step 2
Contactless Payment
Pay directly at the charger by simply using contactless payment. Proceed to Step 3
2. Find your charging point
On the map, search for the location where you wish to charge
Click on CHARGE VEHICLE
Select the charger and connector you wish to use
3. Start charging
Plug the selected connector to the vehicle
Press START CHARGING
Note: You will receive confirmation of charging in less than a minute
4. Stop charging
To stop charging and end the session click on FINISH CHARGE
Unplug the connector from the vehicle
Note: The connector may remain locked for up to one minute after charging has stopped
